Your child may be eligible to be a star scout if:

• They are not easily well interpreted in public (Viewed as a monstrous other; Posessed, Mutated, Cryptid.).
• They exibit magical abilities or needs that are not well-managed by non-magical people (Communication, Movement, Eating, Toileting.).
• Their existance is unknown to the wider public.
