Mainbuilding
The mainbuilding houses our main activity room, our LARGE Kitchen, dining room, and connects to our Showerblock, and Bunkrooms
LARGE Kitchen
Showerblock
Co-ed private showers and changerooms, seperate to a large sinkroom for grooming and teeth brushing. Leaders or vollunteer parents supervise the showerblock during morning and night-time grooming.
Bunkrooms
We have 8 cozy youth bunkrooms. One for the Joeys, Three for the Cubs, two for the Scouts, and two for the Rovers.
The Joey Room
The Joey room sits between the Leaders Bunkroom and the Vollunteer Parent Bunkroom. Joeys have access to leaders and volunteer parents throughout the night. Star Joeys make up one big patrol: The Little Wipes. The room is powered, has a large barred window, and 4 low bunkbeds.
The Cub Rooms
Star Cubs are seperated into three patrols: The W.C.s, The T.P.s, and The Johns. Each patrol has their own powered room with a large barred window and 6 bunkbeds.
The Scouts Rooms
Star Scouts are seperated into two patrols that they name themselves. Their rooms are powered, have a large barred window, and 4 bunkbeds.
The Rovers Rooms
Star Rovers are seperated into two patrols that they name themselves. Their rooms are powered, have a large barred window, and 4 bunkbeds.
Camp-Grounds
Our camp-grounds are avaialble for use for eligible families. Throughout the seasons you will find many families in like-circumstances to meet and rekindle with. As our land is attatched to a large lagoon, it oftern is inaundated with mud, as such camp sites need to be selected carefuly. You must stay with-in your assigned camp cite. Tents,sleeping bags, and activity kits are available to rent. During our yearly youth camp the camp-grounds are unavailable.
Camp Kitchen
Our Camp Kitchen is a shared facility for campers and acts as a tent-base during our yearly youth camp. It is well-powered and sheltered. There is a fridge, power station, and 3 large BBQs. Dish soap, a sponge, and a surface cleaner are provided. There is a kettle and toaster that can be taken down to the camp kitchen at the mainbuilding, but they must be returned at the end of your stay.
Original Chambers.
Sitting right outside our mainbuilding is the historial home of John Chambers, the man responsible for establishing Star Scouts (then known as Chambers Scouts.) He knew two children who were unable to attend a regular scout group. He thourght this was not the scouting way, so he forged a new type of group. The chambers family lived in the Chamber home for 15 years before donating it and the surounding land to Chambers Scouts (now known as Star Scouts). The first camps were held in the Chambers home in 1942.
The Original Chambers are available to rent for events for families of Star Scoutd. It holds 3 main bedroom with queen sized beds, 1 bunkroom with 3 bunks, a well-equiped kitchen, an entertainment room, and a large patio BBQ area.

Our
Lagoon
Known narroraly as a 9th world wonder, Poo-Lagoon's Poo-Lagoon is a wide marsh of thick mud. Youth and families are welcome to explore the Lagoon and discover its deep parts and shallow parts.
